Deleting your data

You can delete your data yourself at any time. Nothing below requires you to contact us, though you are welcome to.

Delete everything — your account and all websites

1. Sign in at bizpage.live/login.
2. Open the website editor.
3. Go to the Publish tab and choose Delete account at the bottom.
4. Confirm.

This permanently removes your sign-in account, every website on it, your uploaded images, saved layout versions and any connected channels. Published addresses stop working immediately. This cannot be undone.

Disconnect a WhatsApp number

To stop us receiving or sending messages on a number, without deleting your account:

1. Sign in and open WhatsApp in the dashboard.
2. Choose Disconnect next to the number.

We delete the stored access token and stop processing messages for that number. You can also revoke our access from your own Meta Business Settings, which has the same effect.

Delete one website but keep your account

Open the website from the site switcher in the dashboard and remove it. Its address stops working, and its content and images are deleted.

Ask us to do it

Email neutcrafts@gmail.com from the address on your account, saying what you want deleted. We will confirm once it is done, normally within seven working days.

What may briefly remain

Server logs containing IP addresses and request times are kept for a limited period for security, and backups may hold data for a short time after deletion before being overwritten. Neither is used to rebuild a deleted account. We may also keep records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices.
