Privacy Policy

BizPage is operated by NEUT CRAFTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). It lets a small business build a website and connect their WhatsApp so an assistant can answer their customers.

This policy covers two different groups of people, and the distinction matters throughout: business owners who sign up for BizPage, and the customers of those businesses who visit a published website or send a WhatsApp message to it.

What we collect from business owners

• Account: email address and a password, which is stored only as a hash and is never visible to us.
• Business details you enter: business name, address, landmark, city, phone, WhatsApp number, email, opening hours, services, products, prices, testimonials, social links and a map link.
• Images you upload: logo, hero image, gallery photos, product and service photos, owner photo.
• WhatsApp connection: if you connect a number, we store the WhatsApp Business Account id, the phone number id and an access token issued by Meta. The token lets us send and receive on your behalf and is never shown in the dashboard or sent to a browser.
• Technical: server logs containing IP address, timestamps and requested URLs, kept for security and debugging.

What is public

Everything you put on your website is published at your chosen address, for example yourbusiness.bizpage.live, and is visible to anyone. That is the purpose of the product. Do not enter anything into your website that you would not want publicly readable, including personal phone numbers or addresses you would rather keep private.

What we collect from your customers

• If a customer messages your connected WhatsApp number, we receive that message and their WhatsApp phone number so the assistant can reply. We process this on your behalf.
• Visiting a published website does not require an account and does not ask a visitor for personal information.

Why we process it

• To build, host and serve your website.
• To let your assistant read and reply to messages on your connected channels.
• To operate accounts, take payment for subscriptions, and provide support.
• To keep the service secure and diagnose faults.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers’ messages to advertise to them.

Who we share it with

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, database and image storage (Mumbai region).
• Supabase — account sign-in.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp message delivery, when you connect a number.
• Resend — sending account emails such as sign-in confirmations.
• Razorpay — subscription payments. Card details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Anthropic — where AI features generate or answer text.

Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.

How long we keep it

Your account and website content are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your websites and everything stored under them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Backups may retain data for a short time after deletion before being overwritten.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Most of this you can do yourself from the dashboard: edit your business details at any time, or delete your account and all its websites from the editor. To make a request in writing, email neutcrafts@gmail.com.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may also raise a grievance with us at that address. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled AWS services. Access tokens for connected channels are stored server-side and are never returned to a browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected users promptly if a breach materially affects them.

Children

BizPage is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We will update this page when the product changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email.
