Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BizPage, operated by NEUT CRAFTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account you agree to them.

What BizPage provides

A tool to build and publish a business website, and to connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp so an assistant can reply to your customers on your behalf. Which features are available depends on your plan.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — text, photos, logos, prices. You give us permission to host and publish it for the purpose of running your website. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including photographs.

You must not publish content that:

• infringes someone else’s copyright or trade mark;
• is unlawful, misleading, or advertises goods you cannot lawfully sell;
• impersonates another business or person;
• contains malware or attempts to compromise the service.

Connected messaging channels

If you connect WhatsApp or another channel, you confirm you are entitled to operate that account, and you agree to the platform’s own rules — including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for the messages sent from your number, including those an assistant sends on your behalf. You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend a connected channel if a platform requires it, or if its use puts the service at risk.

Automated replies

Assistant replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. You are responsible for what is sent from your business. Review the assistant’s configuration, and do not rely on it where a mistake would cause harm — medical, legal or financial advice in particular.

Payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
• You may cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.

Availability

We work to keep BizPage available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults can interrupt it. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice where a change materially reduces what you are paying for.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from the editor. Doing so removes your websites and everything stored under them, and published addresses stop working. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless prevented from doing so.

Liability

BizPage is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
